Concern for high risk missing person in Dawlish

On Tuesday 6th June the team were called by Devon and Cornwall Police to the Dawlish area to search for a high risk missing person.

The search encompassed nearby farms and woodland areas and continued across the cliffs and railway lines; the team together with coastguard rescue and the MCA helicopter searched until the early hours when we were stood down.

On Thursday 8th June Police confirmed the identity of a body located at Monmouth Beach, Lyme Regis.

Our thoughts are with the family.
